Gorgeous Donegal
We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Silver Tassie hotel in Donegal. We have stayed at the hotel before for a shorter weekend break and decided to go back for a longer stay. We have a fantastic stay and although we were worried about the kids being bored, we needn't have been. The weather was not great and still we had lots to do. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and the food in the restaurant was also fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we get back for another visit.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Ireland. I had 2 older children with me and they enjoyed the DVD Library available (Godsend!!). The Silver Tassie Hotel was great value, rooms were lovely and comfortable, clean and very well equipped with lots of towels, tea/coffee etc, restaurant had varied menu and food was excellent. I have told my friends about this treasure find in a hotel and thought it would be nice to let anyone else out there know about it too... Well worth a visit !!
