The Seascape Spa at Silver Tassie Hotel are currently recruiting for the Position of
Spa Manager
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a passion for the spa and wellness industry with a minimum of 5 years Spa/Salon Management experience. The Spa Manager will combine management duties with the performance of treatments on clients as demand requires.
Desirable criteria
- Candidate must have ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional standards of performance and customer care.
- Proven financial skills and business acumen advantageous as candidate will be required to manage stock levels, budgets and achieve targets
- Good interpersonal skills, and ability to use their initiative is necessary
- Ability to co-ordinate promotional activities and events
- Excellent computer and communications skills essential
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve Daily and weekly targets, Recruitment and staffing the best therapists
- Inventory Management, Retail merchandising (ordering, forecasting, stock management, cost controls)
